No, LA Galaxy cannot sell David Beckham merchandise without having to pay to Real Madrid who currently hold the rights to his image.
Additionally, Galaxy is redesigning its kit, and will unveil a new design and crest either by the start of the new season, or after the All-Star break.

No, there are no Beckham LA Galaxy jersey's yet. If you want one here is what you can do. Go to soccer.com or any other soccer website and purchase a Galaxy jersey, then have them customize it with any player's name and number. Beckham has said that he will continue to wear his current number 23. So, if you need one now and don't mind if it is not authentic, that's my advice.

Nope not yet, not that I know of...I don't think they'll start releasing those until they do an official press conference and all that, which I don't think will happen until his contract with Real Madrid expires over the summer.
