AT&T because it's now part of CIngular and I've been a Cingular customer for years - great service, great prices!

AT&T iPhone 4S already has a SIM as that's a GSM telephone yet you are able to not apply it to sprint as sprint is a CDMA community and for this reason no SIM. So, in case you prefer to bypass to sprint, you need to get a clean sprint iPhone 4S.

It really depends on your location. Sprint is better in some areas while AT&T is better in areas. You should ask some friends or co-workers and find out what they have! Good luck!

i have AT&T. i've been with them for four years and i am really happy with the service. the packages are cheaper, too.
