has anyone ever tried the Bloody Mary urban legend about standing infront of a mirror in the dark and saying her name 13 times? Is it even true??

ITs a lie. your heightened fear makes you illustionate into seeing something and panicking. however ive heard something like this where if you say the our father backwards throw a red apple into the air and catch it, taking a bite your see the face of the devil. when my mum was kid she did it with her friends and one of them freaked so much she ran down the road screaming lol. id say its not real...but just in case ive never tried it either haha

Hilarious! My favorite is this one: 14. My older sister and I used to do that to girls younger than us. It would scare them. But nothing happened. Though to this day, my little sister won't sleep unless the bathroom light is on. LOL

no... it doesnt work... but i have heard some weird storys about what happend to my friends brother when he did it... he paniced so much he acctually smashed the mirror in the bathroom and had to get stitches

i tried that... but never could get myself to say it the 3rd time... it freaked me out!! so i always ran out of the bathroom

nope, but my friend has, she said that she saw her and she was covered in blood, but my mate lies alot i never believed her. i thought i saw something in my mirror and besause the mirror was on my door i slameed the door into the wall and smashed the mirror

Yes I have you can check it out on www.snopes.com or www.warphead.com but it is scary for some people it can phisically and mentally scar you for life so dont shove you friend in the bathroom. =)
