Man we totally brought our game back. (After we played it) It was scratched and we had no receipt. They gave us store credit. Sweet!! Works on other stuff too.

Under US laws Walmart cannot give a refund for a game, CD or any other type of intellectual property if it has been opened past the celophane wrap. They can however give you a replacement if it is found to be defective.

There is a sign at the return counter that says that any open movie or video game will not be accepted for return.

sure they will . if they give you any hassle just kick up a little fuss and the person will give you the option of picking another one. you dont have to yell just seem a litle upset . but most likely they will just do it anyway
