Im trying to watch a movie on windows media player that i downloaded from limewire but i can only here the sound and not see the movie???
Please help!!

i downloaded a movie from limewire to and tried to sse it but oinly heard the sounds. i thing its cuz of those wave designs for the music and i think that windows media player has a movie screen....

maybe the dowloading from the website isnt at proper state. try restarting your computer for 15 minutes or try dowloading the video from another site and fix your browser settingsc. because sometimes it doesnt play videos from the net unless you have an internet connection.

it might be a corrupted file or the wrong type. Try running it on DivX or another program like that.

sometimes if its a avi movie it won't work on windows but try using DivX you could get it on www.download.com. That's what i did

it's probably an avi file. go to divx and download that and it will have all the codecs u need.

try downloading the standard codec pack from www.cole2k.net restart comp and try again
