sprint/nextel violated my privacy by putting my bill in the same envelope of another sprint customer opening me up for identity theft I no longer have anonymity HELP! if you can sprint is doing nothing to fix this issue So spread the word! soo this dose not happen to you

You'd have a hard time proving anything here. Most of the information on your bill is not private, it's readily accesible by the general public. Knowing your name & address and your cell phone carrier isn't enough to steal your identity. Unless they had your credit card information, SS# or the like, your identity wasn't endangered by the clerical error.
Stop panicking,and stop trying to cause a panic.

That isn't a question.

I dont see this happening to a bunch of people and spreading the word wont do anything. It was obviously a clerical error on their part which is why they aren't "fixing the issue" or taking any action...if it's a one time mistake, what can they do?

If you're really all rialed up over this, get a lawyer and threaten legal action. If you have proof you could probably get a settlement out of them or something.

Consider switching to on-line billing. I used Sprint's on-line billing system for years to avoid the paper and never had a problem.

i don't know how this would happen i have sprint/nextel and never had a problem. had them for about 4 years
