This is one of my best topics, as I have 2 younger brothers and I babysit them ALL the time. Well, if she's two, then you probably want to go light on her. No rough games or anything potentially harmful to her. Don't do anything with small pieces that she can swallow or choke on. Maybe rent some baby einstein or Barney videos for her to watch, and you can play simple games like peek-a-boo, tag, and hide and seek with her. Just have fun and make sure that nothing's dangerous and nothing can harm her. ~You can bring crayons and paper and make a small gift for her parents too.
~You can get blocks, big ones that she can stack and have a lot of fun with.
~You can bring some finger food (if that's okay with her parents) and use it to teach her how to count and teach her other valuable lessons.
Have fun!!!!!

sadly most 2 year olds are already easily preoccupied with television. But to make a few other constructive suggestions, I would say coloring or drawing. Kids love that! Any kind of toys become more fun for kids that age if you show interest in them as well.
Finally, nothing beats good old fashion Cookies and Milk! I used to sit on the floor with my first daughter and have our special time eating cookies and milk before bed.

I like "GiggleStop".
You start giggling together, then say "stop!", and suddenly stop laughing. Then you say "Giggle!", and begin laughing again; then in a few moments say, "stop!", and do this routine over and over until one of you can't stand it anymore (probably you - maybe use a timer so she'll know when it's really over, 'till next time). You can demonstrate it to her, and she'll catch on, and you can let her say "stop!" so she'll feel in control of the game. What I like about it is that you eventually DO get the giggles, and feel really silly. It's a happy game.
It'll make you her best friend and she'll want her other sitters to play it with her. Her mom'll be asking you what that's all about.

Coloring books, board games... LOTS AND LOTS of board games! Also, ask her about what she likes to do and stuff and don't talk to her like a baby, kids HATE that! Also, ask her parents if she has any videos, movies, ect. that she'd like to watch. Maybe pop some popcorn. :)
