We are living in 2007 wake up people! You were not born back in the days when there was slavery its just history so leave it alone and live in 2007. Just because someone is born white doesn't give you the right to blame them for slavery cause you could have have easily been born white. So where is my compensation for the new racism against whites in 2007.

That's a question that still confuses me. I don't call people racist unless they truely are, not because of the color of their skin and history.

Yes, I agree with you when you say it is 2007, and people need to wake up. Maybe you should tell yourself this also, because I don't know any black people who can hold anything against whites in a way that matters. Are you not getting a job because that ignorant black man hates you because you are white? Do other white people look at you like trash, because of the past? I know that blacks still get the same racist treatment from whites also, and all of these racist people need to wake up and realize it isn't 1950 anymore. This is including racist whites. Don't just single out one group, because you are the one who looks like the racist when you do that.

It's about money and jobs. Always has been.
It's not about if they like you or you like them.
Everyone knows mostly, even now, we all stick to our own, blacks and whites alike.

The fact is there are always more people than jobs. And all jobs (mostly) are controlled by whites. And it is their nature to hire whites, and easier because the races won't be causing problems. But it is NOT fair.

Because of natural racism, to be a FAIR society, the major employers should give ten percent of jobs to blacks who make up a legitimate ten percent of America.

They are legitimate in their positions as Americans because they did not ask to be here, and they, and their ancestors, had no country to return to when they became free. How much more claim can you have on a country?

The thing that disturbs me is that no black leaders seem to be saying Mexicans are NOT entitled to any jobs in this way, and ARE in fact taking jobs that should be going to whites and black Americans.

The Mexicans are taking the American's job pie and neither white nor black leaders give a goddamn.

Now, if any time, is the time for whites to roll with blacks!

Let's get one thing straight: Don't complain about things YOU DO NOT understand. Did you see what I said? I said YOU, not white people, not black people, YOU! Take each person as they come and refrain from generalizations.

My life is my testimony. I do not blame descendants of slave owners for me not knowing where I come from. I KNOW that slave owners and traders are responsible for that. Its quite painful when you cannot trace your roots because your grandparents' birth certificates were purposely misdocumented in Mississippi. It hurts when you are so disconnected with your legacy. I can only assume that the huge continent of Africa could be my Home. But when my ancestors were brought to this country, their identities were wiped clean, left in the Atlantic Ocean to wither away. When you know what that's like and when you know how that affects MY LIFE today, then you would have just a minimal justification for asking a "what's-up-with-black-people" question.

See, you ask a good question and get **** on. How dare you!

You can't question it, just go along with it or get thrown under a bus.

This is America, white people can't ask things like that no matter how legitimate!

You'll never get a straight answer. Everyone needs something to complain about, and need other people to blame so people will never address their own problems.

People used to crack heads of the Irish and discriminate against them, they got over it and moved on. Not everyone is capable of shutting up and moving on.

hi im no longer African or American yet i visit empathize with what you assert, i imagine that if a faith is sturdy in today at the moment in historic previous for someone then so be it, i imagine that the roots are continuously corrupt the christians burnt witches who did no harm they did some evil **** yet karma continuously seems after it in the precise. interestingly there aren't any kids desirous to be christian clergymen anymore, likely because of how christians have dealt with human beings over historic previous, i imagine christianity might want to die out sometime and we are able to all develop right into a loving non violent non secular kinfolk no count what our blood variety, colour race or creed, what a gorgeous image which will be!

To everyone: Sncdrn, how come you hate chocolate? Not everyone in this forum thinks they are all that (at least I don't think that way! We have to love each other as who we are, The way that God made us. We all all created in God's image and in his likeness and he plays No favorites He loves us all as who we are. Remember, we may all think we are better than each other. But when it comes down to it, GOD is the only judge. We might have a perception of who is the most attractive in the world but no of us have an idea of who is going to be in GOD kindgom. Even the most attractive person in the world will end up in hell. So stop fighting cause it is not worth it. What is is our salvation.

As far as I am concerned, that excuse was thrown out the window long ago. This generation has no idea of what it means to be opressed, just a lazy excuse not to be held accountable for their own actions.
