Why do the fundies care about blastocysts more than they care about our troops?

Why is it ok for a lot of "Christians" to kill hundreds of thousands of innocents in an unnecessary war but not ok for a woman to shed a blastocyst out in a private health decision made with her doctor? Am I supposed to hold a funeral when I have my period, too?

So only Christians are against abortion, and ALL Christians are for the war in Iraq, right? WRONG.
Plenty of non-Christians are against abortion, and plenty of non-Christians are FOR the war in Iraq.
With that, I'm a Christian, and according to SCIENCE life does begin at conception. That "blastocyst" has a HEARTBEAT, brain waves, his or her own DNA code, his or her own FINGERPRINTS, his or her own blood type...
It's a BABY. Call it whatever you want, doesn't change what it is!
And by the way, I'm also a military wife, so it goes without saying I care about the troops. In addition to that, I'm not for OR against the war in Iraq.

As a professional liberal reporter, I feel that you are on the same page as I am. Redefining babies to be called "blastocysts." Putting Christians on the defensive when the Islamofascists are trying to destroy our nation. Kudos.
