i have the worst mood swings you could possibly think of. i dont know what causes it but its intense and i'm sick of it. please help!!!!!!!

Sweetheart, bad mood swings are almost always the cause of brain neurotransmitter chemical or hormone imbalances. This means that it's NOT your fault. It means that it's probably something that can be brought into balance with medicine. Which medicine? I guarantee it will be a prescription medicine, so you need to see a psychiatrist--this kind of counselor is a real MD who can prescribe drugs...and expert in knowing which ones. You can get this fixed.

If you are on BC pills your emotions can go wacko - find another form of BC.
If it's not from BC pills, exercise and fresh air and sunshine can help.
