Do alot of guys have orgasms before they are hard.?

The guy I was giving oral sex to had an orgasm right after we started. He wasn't even hard yet. Does that happen often? Why?

Yes it does, even for me. (In my case) When a woman wears something sexy or she is just natually beautiful, the guy is turned on so much then yes that can happen.
