League: 12 teams all play each other twice
Knockout Tournament:
Round1: 1vs2 / 3vs4 / 5vs6 / 7vs8 / 9vs10 / 11vs12
Round2: 1or2vs3or4 / 5or6vs7or8 / 9or10vs11or12
Round3: 1,2,3or4 vs 5,6,7or8 / 7,8,9,10,11or12 go through automaticly
Final 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 vs 7,8,9,10,11,12
WINNER:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12
