No E40 isnt lifeless.... "I am writing to dispel any and all of the rumors currently circulating concerning the health and safety of Earl Stevens p/k/a E-40," said Edelman. "Mr. Stevens is alive and well in Los Vegas enjoying all-star weekend and has not been the victim of any shooting or accident. Sick Wid It Records, Chaz Hayes, and 40 Water thank all those who have expressed concern and kept 40 in their prayers and urge whoever is responsible for generating these outrageous rumors to contemplate the gravity of their actions and stop immediately."
Various rumors began to circulate this weekend that the rapper had died from causes ranging from a driveby shooting to "ghostriding" in his car. After the media began to circulate the rumor and the rapper began to receive urgent calls, a statement was released to E-40s Myspace page and to SOHH.com.
E-40 played a free Myspace Secret Show in Las Vegas today. The rapper's character will also appear in the upcoming videogame, Def Jam Icon.

Well i do not know if he is really dead but i do not believe that and if it is true i am going to be hurt cause that was my homie in the rapping industry. Note This: Please do not let E-40 be dead cause that is some serious drama im out 2 fingers up!!!
