First you have to perfect your single and double turns. If you cannot execute your single or double turn without ending in balance and placing your foot down on the floor--not landing quickly so you don't fall--then you will have trouble with the triple. Practice your double over and over and perfect them so your body will be in complete control through the entire turn.
Here are some ways to help improve your turns:
your head--spot quickly and precisely, keeping the same spot with each rotation, don't let your spot "drift".
your upper body--keep you stomach muscles tight and firm, keep you rib cage in line, squeeze your buttocks, keep a good firm tension in all of it.
your arms--make sure your arms are in correct preparation and execution positions. Keep your movements strong, but do not whip them around, this will pull your upper body out of place. Keep the shoulders pressing down, don't lift them.
your legs--make sure you are centered in the plie' that is your preparation. Push off the floor and keep your supporting leg straight (unless your doing a jazz turn and your teacher asks for it in plie') and keep your foot in releve'--don't turn on your heel-- The working leg should pull up to the passe quickly and tightly, holding a firm passe during the entire turn, remember to keep pressing your turn out but don't allow the hip to pop up (unless you are doing a jazz turn-keep the leg turned in but watch the hip so you don't lift it)
These tips should help no matter how many rotations you are doing.

Hey yes I can do one. It took a very long time but I got it. Here are some tips.
Relax. Don't think about anything else but you getting up there and doing a triple. Don't pay attention to anything else in the room. Pretend you are alone. Do everything you do to get your double. Take a deep breath before you go. SPOT YOUR HEAD. (that is very important) Do not wind up- you will just fall over. Do a preperation into. Ex: kick ball change, silde ball change.
Pull up, pull in, keep your weight balanced.
Try just holding your balance for at least 8 seconds. You can do it! Good luck!

I'm trying to learn to do a triple, but sometimes I'm lucky to even get a double.
Here are my suggestions. Plie in second or fourth (which ever position you will be turning from) and check your alignment. Is your back straight? Is your butt sticking out? Are you centered in your position (fourth in particular)?
Pull your stomach in tight and make sure to bring you passe up high. Do not push yourself off in the direction, you will just end up on the floor. Instead, pull straight up as if you were a ornament with a string in your head.
Spot quickly. The faster you spot the easier it will be to get around. Also pull your arms in and do not use them to give you momentum. Again if you do you will just end up on the floor.
Lock your knee on the supporting leg, and don't hop to get around. That will just make the problem worse.
Hope this helps!

The way to increase your revolutions is to find your center. That's the ultimate key. The worst thing you can do is try to achieve additional revolutions by "powering" or throwing more momentum into the preparation. All that serves to do is throw you off your center of balance. Just pull your abs in, lift your ribcage off your abdomen, lengthen your spine (imagine someone pulling a few hairs straight up from the top of your head), and keep your shoulders down. If you've do this correctly, all that's needed is a gentle bit of momentum to produce the number of revolutions you wish to generate.

Yes.
I can do 4 cleanly, and fall out of mine at 5. I am working towards 6.
You have to pull up, up, up, and at the end, when you feel you're going to fall out of your pirouette, you pull up EVEN MORE. That will help you a lot.
Also, you need to learn how to SPOT. Even if its an exit sign, you have to look at something, or you will be guaranteed no way to even get a good single turn.
Last but not least, keep your stomach [core] tight at all times. If you let your core go, everything will get off balance.

work on your balance, so balance in posse in releve without turning for as long as you can. remember to find your center. then, work on turning while thinking about going "up" instead of trying to think about getting around. also, you do not need a huge wind up to do a couple of turns, use your spot instead. then, as you do more and more turns, slowly close your arms into a tighter circle to get more turns. hope this helps!

i can. ok you have to strengthen your abs first. when you're turning pull up, tighten your stomach, press your shoulders down, spot(all at the same time). believe me really try to practice this way and you'll get it maybe not right away in a couple days but you will get it. hope this helps because this info helps me alot.

save your "spot" rapid and p.c.. your passe up and placed right this moment. I even have found out that once you're delivering your suitable, enable your suitable arm do the turn artwork and your left arm be passive. It does not could do lots artwork yet place itself into first place palms. save your head and your weight to the left for as long as conceivable. opposite it for the choice element.

Yes.
8.
Jackie has it right. Except that, don't forget to imagine a pole going straight through your center and attaching to the ceiling. Its all mental, doing those turns.
And don't be afraid! So what if you fall, its actually kind of fun!!!
Good luck!

keep in your stomach and stay as high on your left foot as you can. turn your leg out as far as possible, it really helps you to get around. use your head for spotting and pull your body up. good luck!
