I am not quite sure how you mean this. There are 4 brackets with 16 teams each (actually 17 in one bracket). When you look at how seeding is done, you have only one combination per bracket. 1st-16th, 8th-9th, 4th-13th, and 5th-12th in one half of the bracket. Below that is 2nd-15th, 7th-10th, 3rd-14th, and 6th-11th.
