parts are open now. they are still trying to clear it, check with the State police before you leave....pack a lunch and good luck

Don't try it! Traffic might be moving, but that does not necessarily mean the road is open. They need to get the cars off the road, and do their road work. The road will still be slick beause it is too cold for the salt to melt the ice. The temps are below zero with the wind chills!! I heard that it might not completely reopen until Sunday!!

the evening news said parts are still closed, have an alternate route just in case.
