No, but there' no law excusing him.

I'm sure any judge would excuse him.

Plus, it might be a conflict for him to sit on a federal jury.

No the President does not have to go to jury duty. First because he is the commander and chief of the military, second because as president he is in charge of the justice department. Third because he is an elected government official and as such is exempt from jury duty. Congressmen and Senators are also exempt from jury duty on those grounds.
