It seems like it's getting more and more ridiculous, and she isn't even in the ground yet! Now the judge has ordered her body to be embalmed.

I didn't even think she was that pretty. I didn't think she was that big of deal. I think she married the oil tycoon for money, and I believe she jumped for joy when the old man kicked the bucket. I believe she offed herself, over depression from her son dying, or drugs, or both.

Only when something else outrageous happens. I mean the day before she died all anyone could talk about was the crazy astronaut. Now all they talk about is Anna Nicole Smith. I've actually started watching only channels that don't cover it.

Can't understand why all the fuss about this cheap loser. She lost her old, old husband after a year's relationship, her son died so young, she is found dead at 39, and her poor daughter doesn't even know who her biological father is! Boy, did she sleep around and it's real surprising she didn't die of AIDS! She had the brain of a pea, but the body of a balloon to be inflated and deflated to all kinds of sizes as required. She's so artificial! Guess she's the dreamgirl of the sexual perverts and the icon of those giddy headed and artificial blondes hired by the cable channels. If she ain't such a lousy mother, her son would probably have been alive today, and her daughter having to grow up wondering about her own identity and whether she's being wanted for herself or money. How could a loving mother run off to Florida to buy a boat and leave a 5 months-old baby in Bahamas where her son mysteriously died, and with those elderly folks she probably knew less than 6 months... didn't she move to Bahamas only during her pregnancy? Will will Nicole's baby think when she grows up to know that her mother bought her Bahamas citizenship through bodily contact with the iImigration Minister! And that Howard Stern was there to let all these weird things happen. If I were the Judge, I'd have the DNA processed ASAP and return the baby to the real biological father... before something nasty should happen to that baby! What if jobless Howard Stern turns out not to be the real father, and sexually abuses her in future? And the true blood relatives of the child can't even defend her under American law? Sure, the Bahamian government wants the child there... with the millions she inherits directly from America!

I know I'm being really impolite, and I shouldn't be saying this, but I think you're right. I do wish they would put a stop to this. All they have to do now is bury her, figure out who the father of her child is, and follow out on her will. They've made this so complicated. Yeah, it's horrible that she died, death isn't always easy to accept, but she did die and we can't bring her back.

I believe she died of natural causes or prescription drugs, that were legal. She couldn't have died of heartache, that's just outdone, but she was really grieving over her deceased son and that holds a possibility in discouraging her. I also think it was her group's fault. There was a nurse, bodyguard, and a couple other people with her at the time of her death.

Well, when she was found unresponsive, they didn't exactly act quickly or responsibly. I think the nurse or whomever called the police and just casually told them that Anna wasn't breathing. The woman on the other end said okay and they hung up. Everyone arrived almost ten minutes after making that call, and an hour later she was pronounced dead at the hospital.

They're all doing the wrong thing blaming Howard. He wouldn't and couldn't have killed Anna. She was his life, his everything, and he wouldn't even think to imagine killing her. They had wedding plans and were in town to buy a yacht. It is just so sad that she died, but it easily could have been prevented, therefore shouldn't have this much media attention and coverage.

I believe she died of a combination of her drinking, prescription and OTC medication and grief. The ME said she had an enlarged heart, but that's a clear sign of someone's drug use and long term abuse-giving the fact that Gerald Levert,River Phoenix, and rapper ODB also died of drug overdoses-acute intoxication from having mixed too many different medications along with street drugs and/or alcohol being consumed at a rampant rate-since witnesses said Anna was drinking like a fish for nearly 3 days straight. Anna also revealed on her personal website that the father of her baby at the time she was 2 months pregnant was a paparrazi photographer so she incriminated herself with that one so she can't say Stern was the father since he just all of a sudden popped up and claims he's the father of Dannielynn when I don't think he is I think Larry Birkhead's the actual father and as for Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband he can rest assure that he's not the father of this child either and if he had a decade long affair with Anna he's looking to cash in since he's lived in Zsa Zsa's shadow for nearly 30 years and needs some attention.

It's kind of weird how Stern's had a hand in just about every aspect of Anna's life since he started representing her. I can bet that the California Bar Association will be holding disciplinary actions against him since according to their statutes any kind of personal or sexual involvement with a client is grounds for disciplinary action. Stern's looking to cash out of this deal and what's worse is that he's acting all busted up when I think that he's happy because now he can cash in on his dreary law career that took off when he got Anna Nicole Smith as a client. He's a disgrace to attorneys who swore to uphold the law and to conduct themselves in an appropriate professional manner. I swear everyone should blow up the email of the California Bar Association and ask that they investigate whether disciplinary action is warranted for Stern's involvement with a client.

They also need to question the doctor who prescribed Anna the methadone when they don't give that stuff for crystal meth addiction. Methadone is used to treat opiate addiction(aka Heroin, Morphine, and Oxycontin) since these three drugs are highly addictive and when someone comes off these drugs the withdrawals can last anywhere from days, weeks, and even months and sometimes years depending on the extent of the abuse. I believe Anna had an addiction to an opiate of some sort that's not known yet, but what remains as huge question is why does she have a bottle of Methadone in her fridge when usually they don't give massive doses like that they prescribe so much for however much time the doctor thinks you're going to need it.

From the photos I saw that's a pharmacy sized bottle of Methadone the size they issue to clinics when addicts come in for their daily dose. What also looks shady is the vials sitting next to the methadone which is unknown to what drug is in them since they have to be injected. Then comes the inquest from the coroner into how Daniel died since he was found unresponsive in the chair in his mother's room just a day and a half after giving birth to his sister Dannielynn. The sad thing is that Howard's been trying to up the public's sympathy ante which he's not getting since everyone knows there's something not sitting right with the fact that he's acting all grief stricken when in fact he's putting on an act. He really didnt have Anna's best interest if he did he would be keeping her away from those who are meaning to hurt her and I don't mean her family I mean elements of the industry the wild parties, the drinking, and the fast living. If he really cared for her he would have done right by her by not getting involved with her personally and sexually because just his involvement with her personally and sexually has a lot of people thinking that he's been talking Anna into things that may have not been good for her both personally and professionally.
