Yes, and he admitted that several times in his speeches. Doesn't Scooter Libby ring a bell?

NO the intel only appears to be bad but where there is smoke there is fire. Even if the Intel was bad it must be used in making decisions about going to war. In WWII they saw the Japanese planes on radar before they struck but assumed it was a glitch in the system and took no action. Due to the lack of action Dec. 7 is a day that will live in infamy.

According to Bush it was based on bad intel evidently as a result of failing to listen or pay attention to Clintons advice to him when he left office and Bush went on vacation for 40% of the time during his first year in office.
According to everyone else - especially the Democrats it was based on lies - which really makes more sense!
Who else would attack a country that was of absolutely no threat to us?

Yes - 9/11 was purposefully tied to Iraq in order to justify illegal occupation and genocide in the hopes of taking Iraq's oil and establishing a middle east presence. In fact, a lot of the 9/11 intel was destroyed - see this video about it:

Certainly not on lies. Possibly bad intel, but since every intel service in the world was saying the same thing, even that claim is highly questionable.

its based on a pre-concieved foreign policy that predates 911 .... they knew where they were going ... and they devised a means to get to that end ...
