It's a drug free dietary supplement for relief of occasional sleeplessness. I was wondering if anyone has used it and why you liked it or disliked it.

Yes, I used to have trouble getting to sleep every now and then but was afraid of taking sleeping pills for fear of getting dependent on them. My friend recomended SleepMD, and it's amazing. If you decide to try it, I hope it works as great as it did for me.

hope this helps,
caitlin

It may very well help you get to sleep, but if you are having trouble sleeping you need a better sleep system. I do not mean just a mattress or part of the bed. I mean the whole thing, the mattress, comforter and pillow. My 8 yr. old daughter had ADHD and her sleep was greatly effected or because she was not sleeping good she was diagnosed with this. Well after getting a system for her, she quite all the sleep walking and talking. Her moods in the morning are wonderful and she can concentrate and stay focused. It is like night and day. This is the best way to get the best natural sleep in my opinion. Here is a site were you can check it out.

SleepMD has a variety of relaxing herbs, that can be very effective. Execpt the main herb is valierian root. This herb can have the opposite effect for some people. SleepMD also has hops in it, which can be an allergen to some (see how you handle beer) Otherwise is had mostly really effective herbs. It may just relax you, or actually put you to sleep. If you are looking for something to knock you out, sleepMD is not what you need. If you are looking for something to aid you to sleep, then this is what you need. In no way is this a narcotic, this will not make you passout. You need to actually want to be able to sleep.

Why not start drinking Noni herbal fruit juice twice a day on empty stomach? Drink for six months and stop. It will bring back your system to normal.
