They say the missionary position is the best way to get pregnant and also after sex to put a pillow under your hips and stay that way for 20-30 mins. to allow the little swimmers to get to their destination! Good Luck!

It is not a myth like someone said. Even though different positions dont get you pregnant quicker....the missionary position with a pillow under the hips and laying still afterwards to avoid spillage......increases your chances since it is a perfect position for the hips and "shot" and laying still with hips elevated help the spermies get to their target.

Its a myth. Fact is no matter what position you're in if you're gonna get pregnant, you're gonna get pregnant. Different positions will not guarantee that the sperm will in fact fertilize the egg. Good Luck!

it depends. all positions should work the same if you have a pillow under your butt. this way, the sperm gets there just as quick. some positions could be deeper penetrating, and that may also play a part. the truth is- its a total myth.

ok well ive heard diff. I heard if you do it "doggie style" it gets the guy closer to your cervix therefor the sperm gets to the egg quicker.
