A lot of canker sores develop from too much acid in your mouth. A easy and cheap way to get rid of canker sores is to suck on a tums or antacid of some sort.

Best thing I have found and have used for years is called CARMEX you can find it is any drugstore for $1.50 or less you can always feel a sore point before rupture and if used then wont even come out.

There's an OTC medication called "Canka". Works wonders.

i just put salt on them,,,it will hurt like hell but they will be gone in a day (plus its free so what ever floats your boat)
