Where is the relay switch for a 1993 Chevy Cavalier RS Wagon located?

It works with the turn signals. They currently don't work and the relay switch needs replaced. But the guy who was gonna replace it doesn't know where it is.

Behind dash, On right side of steering colomn support.

if u remove the panel under the steering coulum it will be under the dash on the righthand side
