CAN anyone tell me whats the best way to lose weight? I know excersise and dieting but there are other things rite? if you know please tell. I want to loss 13 pounds

Just check your portions. Use smaller plates and just eat less. A friend of mine lost 50 pounds that way. She started by (for example) cutting her burgers into 4 pieces, and eating three, then two, then one. Only eat if your hungry and drink a lot of water. Sometimes you think your hungry, but if drink some water it will fill you up, that another way your body tells you that is needs fluids. Or you can eat a few small meals a day instead of 2 or 3 large ones.

If you only need to lose 13 pounds then you really don't need to loose weight.
