August 23, 2004 edition of RAW. They wanted him to wrestle at WrestleMania 21, but against John Cena. Rock wasn't too interested in wrestling Cena. His last appearance to date in WWE was hosting a "Pie-Eating Contest" (in which Christy Hemme fed pie to her butt because it was hungry) during the 2004 WWE Diva Search edition of RAW.

The Rock's last match was a Tag Team Match with Mick Foley at Wrestlemania 20 against Evolution (Randy Orton, Batista, and Ric Flair). There were rumors that he was asked to wrestle John Cena at Wrestlemania 21 but he turned it down, personally I don't blame him for not wanting to job for the talentless new version of himself (namely John Cena) that the WWE does everything possible to shove him in our face. I hope that answers your question.
