We have a history of supporting both Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein in the past (Bush's Daddy and Ronald Raygun supplied them both with money and weapons).
Our government is unscrupulous in their disregard for human lives in the middle east and other countries.
Both Raygun and the current Bush in office have instated a global gag rule where places that offer women's health services get NO money if they so much as MENTION abortion. Think of the countless numbers of women who have died in places like Africa because of his "Pro-Life" policies. I mean, it's really Orwellian. Here's a guy who says he's pro-life and he's killed thousands of soldiers and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis.
God Bless America, eh?

Considering a majority of the terrorists, including their leader, came from Saudi Arabia (our best friends over there), I would say yes...it is encouraging terrorism.

And from what I've heard, Osama bin Laden originally got mad at us because the Saudi Kings asked us to defend their holy land from Iraq during the first gulf war.
