There is no program to run it.

Hp did include a program to run the webcam. Its just that Hp wasnt very detailed about the setup and having cam setup correctly. I just spent 3 hours or so trying to get the webcam to work. I got it figured out. I hope you can too. Go to control panel and double click on device manager. Expand the imaging devices and you will see the hp webcam. Double click on the webcam and select update driver. Click on select driver from list and select usb driver. Click ok and that part is done. Next launch the hp quick play program and choose the photo/note/film strip icon, then look for the hp webcam on the left. Double click the webcam and it should work.

Did you try hp's site? I had a similar problem. If you can't find it there are freeware programs like many cam that will be able to access the webcam
