I`m breasfeeding my 4 mth old now and I used to breastfeed all my three children before for around 2 years each.
I use bra everyday, even at night.

Now, I hear that if you dont use bra while breastfeeding, your child will get your whole milk and become full each time you feed him. Then there is no need of frequent feeding like most of breastfeed baby does.

But I`ve seen country people who breastfeed their children and did not use bra all the time, their breast become big until it reaches their stomach.

Any idea about this?

As a Labor and delivery RN i can tell you facts... it is great that you are breastfeeding. As far as a bra, your baby will get whole milk with or without a bra.. a bra will actually help your breast with soreness and they will not sag from the weight. without a bra, you will find you are more sore and will sag due to the weight on your body.

Point: breastfeeding is great... your baby gets milk with or without a bra and you should be comfortable... afterall-- 9 months of uncomfortable is enough! hehe

When I was at home and breastfeeding my daughter, for the first few months, if it was just us and my husband, I only even wore a shirt half the time. It was just easier. My breasts are slightly saggy, but not to the point of reaching to my stomach and being gross-looking. I would think that the women in those third-world contries have icky breasts partly because they NEVER wear bras. Part is genetics, too. I don't know about not having to feed as frequently and it being "better milk" either. My daughter nursed every 3 hours til she was about 6 months old.

It is probably genetics. Even with a bra mine changed after breastfeeding. It is what happens when you change from a maiden to a mother. Be happy for when you turn to crone you will wish for the mother breasts again!

You're 12 not 16. You have time. I didn't have mine until I was 14. If a bra has padding then yeah it will be bigger.

A bra doesnt do much of anything (it doesnt affect your ability to breastfeed the baby fully.)
Its really there to hold your boobs, and hold a pad in place to prevent leaking through your clothes.
Eitherway, you will end up with flapjack boobs, regardless if you wear a bra or you dont.

Do what is most comfortable for you and if you dont already have breast implants, you might want to consider them.

It's all about genetics, honey.
Mine sagged for 10 years before I ever HAD kids - they're no worse now after 4 babies, all breastfed.

Maybe they will and maybe they won't - but the bra doesn't have much to do with it.

keep the bra on.
make sure you get leak protectors.
keep the pups up north not down south. your hubby will thank you later.
