What i mean, if the world bought into the liberal ways and done away with their military and started debating everything, could one dictator conquer the world before they realized it and starting building war machines to defeat him, esp. if he had built secert neclear weapons and launched them on the largest countries thay may cause a threat to him

You need to first discuss what is meant by the labels "liberal" and "conservative" and it's not "one is right and the other is wrong". Usually the values and objectives are the same, it's just the "how to get there" that they disagree on. And there as many varieties of liberals as there are conservatives.

You really think liberals seek to do away with the military? Wrong.

i have self assurance that the individuals of those international locations, are grateful for President George W. Bush. (Liberals hate to work out his finished call in print). although that's the attacks from the Media, etc. That receives the enemy emboldened. And receives human beings to have self assurance the alternative.
