Has anyone read the Anna Nicole will that is now on the internet? What did you think of it?

I had to read it through twice. I'm not an attorney but even though she leaves everything to her dead son, she states that her other children will receive suffecent sums for their health, education and support as they are accustomed to until the age of 25. So I believe that Danielynn will get the majority of the money since she's still a baby and her portion will go into trust for her.

But from my understanding there isn't that much to begin with. I was watching CNN last night and there is some dispute about her never paying for her home. I'm not sure if they were talking about the house in Burmuda or some place else. Also with tghe lawsuits, won't some of the money go to pay that off? And what about the money from her dead husband? From what I heard a while ago (before she died), Anna Nicole needed that money to help with some of her debt.

I was reading it a little bit ago. From what I could understand, it sounds as if no one gets anything because she states everything goes to Daniel (who's now dead) and that any future children (this would include Dannielynn) don't get anything nor do any spouses or anyone else in her life. Howard K. Stern is the executor, but that's it. He was supposed to hold her estate for Daniel. But her will was drawn up in 2001.

I find it very odd that she excludes any future children, BUT if that @sshole Howard K Stern ends up with the $$, it would be a terrible misjustice.....since I know he won't be found to be Dannilynn's Dad, the $$ should automatically go to Dannilynn and her real Dad, who I believe is Larry Birkhead , should be made executor of that $$....

I'm a bit confused about the part where she states that her will excludes any future children. She wrote that in 2001 so does that mean her daughter wont get anything?
