Howard K. Stern, he's been with Anna for so long. He's the father, all Larry wants is the money and attention. He didn't even express his sadness over the baby and what will happen to Danielynn. Howard did.

i think that baby looks like Larry birkheads.i looked at the others who claim the baby as theres .the baby has the blue eyes like him and Anna Nicole told her best friend that the baby was his.that she wanted a baby who looked close to her son blond hair with blue or green eyes.and he fit the profile.
