Willie Nelson is alive and well and still touring. Willie owns a palatial estate in Hawaii and smokes weed with Chris Christoffersen all the time, what a life.

Jessica's new song Come On Over is Country... She wants to consider herself country, and may become completely country one day. She was born and rasied in Texas and is a country girl at heart. Even though she's a pop princess. As a loyal country music fan for years, I don't think that she should just be as accepted into country music as others. Was Patsy Cline ever pop? of course not! She was 100% Country. So was Hank Wiliams, Johnny Cash and June Carter. They were ALWAYS Country. Has Carrie Underwood ever recorded a pop song? NO. She may sing things like "Paradise City" at her concerts, but she's no pop princess. I think lots of fans have problems with her. The Eagles performed at the CMA's, but they "weren't country" appearently. And the biggest news so far of her country career. She now has a top 20 hit. THATS RIGHT, COME ON OVER HAS REACHED #20 on THE COUNTRY CHARTS! She will be appearing at the Grand Ole Opry. YES THE GRAND OLE OPRY! There are many artists that have "gone country" and they were accepted. Jewel and Darius Rucker are not country, but they have chart topping hits!

Yep. The Red-Headed Stranger is still alive and kicking.

He's actually one of the most proflic song writers of all time. He's written lot's of songs that he didn't originally record - such as "Crazy," that was recorded by Patsy Cline.

I saw him in concert for the first time about 3 years ago and he can still warble with the best of them.
