Have him go to a studio and record the National Anthem. Send it to local sports team's management. Who knows, they might like it and have him sing the National Anthem at the game!

I'm not shure what your question is but if your trying to help your brother in law to get a recording you should tell him to audition for American Idol. There's also this new show that's called Grease You're the one that I want! However in the grease show you have to know how to sing, dance, AND, act! It's a musical/broadway kinda thing. It also depends on how old your brother in law is. Even though your brother in law MIGHT not be America's next idol but if recorders are watching the show and they're convinced that he has personality and he really does sing good, chance are they'll contact him. T.v shows are a great way to publicize someone's talents. Hope I helped! :-) :) :0 :-D
