when you can't control yourself, it's an addiction. i used to be addicted to looking for things on ebay, and buying things too (but more just looking). i eventually grew out of it because i realized that i was throwing away a lot of money on things i would never use.

yes and no. The rush or addictive like feeling you may be experiencing is the thrill of "winning." Ebay can be exciting in many respects. Dodging last minute sniper bids is always fun. I realize one person's junk is another person's treasure. If you are not careful the next thing you know is...you will have a closet full of semi-precious ebay stuff. If you think that you are going to get rich reselling stuff on ebay, you won't. If you are truly buying things to enhance your collection (what ever that may be), then go for it. If it is seasonal stuff buy those things during the off-season of that particular holiday. Your experiences will be more pleasurable because of less competition caused by last minute people.

YES. I did! I would bid for things I didn't really want or need but got a rush when I won. It's an addiction. I spent about 2 thousand dollars in 6 months. Get out now while you still can...

Well, I don't really trust ebay that much, that is why I don't order anything from there. Just try to force yourself not to buy anything, but you can look and see what they have. If you can't handle just looking, then forget that website even exists. Good luck!
