No, you do not.
The W-2 information should correspond to the copies sent by your employer to the IRS. If you do it correctly, your return will reflect this.
Even if you don't electronically sign your return, you do not have to send the IRS any forms.
Signing electronically (PIN & last year's AGI) or mailing the 8453-OL, is just used to identify the taxpayer and their return. It has no effect on processing time or requirements to send your income documentation.
You're still eligible to e-file your return regardless of which signature form you decide to use.

It depends on how you are signing the return. If it printed out the 8453 for your signature then this form is how you sign and it would need to be mailed in along with any W-2s. If you used for 8879 for your signature you only need to keep a copy of this and your W-2s in case the IRS ever requests this information from you.

only if they have you to. i e-filed with the free basic turbo tax and didn't know my earnings from last year and i had to send in papers after my returns were confirmed by the irs. after downloading the forms and filing them out and then mailing them to the specific irs address i was given, i received my refund 7-9 days later after it was directly deposited in my bank. i did not send my w2's, i think it's all done by the honor system. good luck

If you are electronically signing it, then no, you do not need to send anything in.
