You can go to www.freewebs.com and make a page there. Then you can subscribe to other search engines who will put your website on their search engine. You have to pay, though, that's why I never subscribed :(
But at least it will be on freewebs. And anyone can view it, not just freewebs users, as long as you give them the link.
