Ok, your mom is concerned about your safety. Why don't you invite your friends over to meet your mom so she can get to know them. When there is an activity coming up and you want to go, your mom will know who your friends are and may let you go. It might be a good idea to have some supervise you, too if she still may say no. Just be glad that your mother is concerned about where you go and who your friends are- she sounds she loves you!

If you are 13 and typing this badly, you need to stay in and do some homework. You are to young to be just hanging out at "places".

Sorry kid...some parents are just strict...there isn't much you can do to change that. When you are an adult you won't have to worry about it anymore...until then hang in there. Atleast she lets you have friends, be thankful for that.
