It depends on your style and what you think is sexy. I think the new arrivals at anthropologie.com are so subtly alluring but very unique. If you want just plain old ho-bag, celebrity-wanna-be sexy, get something from the Victoria's Secret clothing line.
Minis are in, again. If you have great legs, I'd say to start there.

how about a skinny little dress that is (HAS TO BE) black with black shoes and a little clutch. (depends on if it`s a fancy date)
but if it`s a un-fancy date then you can wear dark blue jeans with a nice black ( or any other color*).
*let me tell you something:
DON`T WEAR A LITTLE SHIRT WIITH A BIG DESIGN ON THE FRONT. IT ATTRACTS THE WRONG KIND OF ATTENTION. I WOULD`NT.

Black, especially if you look anything like your avatar! Somewhat low cut, and at your height you should probably go about knee length or super short.

try fredericks, or hot topic. i like forever 21, they have cool clothes.
