The dunk contest and the 3-point shootout (Mens and Womens) are held during the week of the final four and it's usually televised on ESPN.

i don't know, i think it is after the tournament (as part of pre-draft preparation stuff)

i'm not sure if they do a dunk contest, but i know they do a 3-pt contest
