You should see a doctor. They say eye twitching as a symptom of stress is nothing to be worried about, but if it lasts longer than a week it could be the symptom of something else. Not to scare you dont freak out, just be aware that it could be something else, and dont neglect it! Good luck!

Here's my idea: Why not see a doctor and find out what is going on? Twitch of eye is neurological. Could be inflammation, viral or even a symptom of something serious going on.
Sadly, neurologists are highly-trained specialists who study nerve and brain function for many years before being allowed to practice, and they generally don't put out home remedies.
Then again, the local pharmacist may just have a stock of Twitch-Be-Gone.

Lol, I used to have the same problem! I think the best thing to do is to stay away from caffiene, like chocolate and coffee. Get enough sleep at night (8 hours is ideal). Also, if you feel that you're under a lot of stress, do something relaxing every once in a while like reading or taking a hot shower. I hope that you get better soon! :)

You can not. It has something to do with your nervous system. Just try to be calm, avoid stress, maybe even take some meds to calm yourself down. The twitching will go away by itself - I guarantee it!

Rub it, like you've never rubbed before like there's no tomorrow. Stop worrying, it means that means good luck is bound to happen.(murah rezeki as we call it)
