lol My doctor told me that when you drool, it's a good sign. It just means that you're getting the best sleep that you've had in awhile. Like, say that you're out partying and stuff, then you go home, clean the house, then go camping and party some more. Then when you get back home, you go for a swim and mow the grass. Then, that night you don't get to bed til' like 3am. You will drool. It just simply means that you're in a deep, relaxed state of mind when you're sleeping. I wouldn't doubt it if you told me that you dreamed of ice cream all night lol

Your muscles and tendons are relaxed, so your jaw slackens, your mouth opens and voila- you're sleeping in a puddle.

Probably because our lower jaw relaxes and opens our mouth, while our salivary glands continue to produce saliva. If you don't swallow it, its gotta go somewhere.

we droool wile awake too just the thought of food or even the smell make us drool.
could be part response of your dream or inflamation in your gums that stimulate the salivation process.
