the only place you might come close would be the pound, or a free classified ad in the paper, but if you are looking to purchase, it won't happen that cheap. I have a neihbor who breeds them and gets 500.00-700.00 each.

Im sorry to tell you but you wont find a Pug for that price. If you did I would question the quality of it. For a good bred Pug you are looking at between $150-350. If you only want to spend about $20 on a pet try going to your local animal shelter and giving one of their dogs there a home.

honey no pug not even one roaming the street is going to be $20 because you need shots deworming and food collar things like that a pet especially a dog is a high price item that takes saving up and time to do research on the breed they are very stubborn but always wanting to be with you and very hilarious , they make great pets im spending 450 on mine and that's a good price for a purebred sorry i know they are irresistible but your going to have to save up ive been saving since last year! good luck!

No where, thats very cheap, especially for a pug. You cant even get a dog at the pound for that cheap.

You're not going to find a Pug in that price range...if you can't afford more than that then you can't afford to care for the dog.

if u adopt it from someone. dogs cost a ton though so good luck on 20 bucks. plu u have to get it neudered and get its shots and everything, then food and all that crap. if ur only willing to fork out $20 for a dog, u shouldnt b buying a dog

1-312-644-8338 the adoption fee is 55$ it comes with microchip, leash, neauterd dog, and most shots....
I bought my dog there...

Maybe you can find one at the pound or animal shelter, also try pet adoption fairs.
