girls dont have undeveloped penis, its the clitoris which girls have, people do call it undeveloped penis or substitute of penis in a female body, it has got no function in urination, it is some what vestigial organ

Yes it's true, you can go to the Library and look up the developmental stages of embryo's. All babies start out female. Somewhere in the 2nd month the sex is determined. It's been along time since I've been in School, but I'm pretty sure that you can find all your answer's at the Library if you don't want to talk to your Parent about it. When you look those thing's up at the Library, you will still have question, so you might want to consider talking to someone in your family that you feel comfortable with, and talk to them. Don't learn the hard way. It may feel odd to talk with your mother or father, but that's what they are there for. If you can't talk to them about it for one reason or another, find a family member that you trust. But NOT another Teenager. Go to an Adult. Sorry if I wasn't any help. It's just I'm a Mother and I wouldn't want my son's or daughter thinking that they couldn't come to me with those question's. As a parent I would rather them coming to me, than someone else. That way I would know that they got the real answer.

It is sort of true. In embryonic development the baby starts off as not differentiated as male or female. At a certain point in male development, the clitoris becomes part of penis . The labia grows together to form the rest. In a girl, it remains small and the labia does not grow together. It is much more complicated than that, but that is a general answer.

your friend is goober. the thing she (or who ever told her) thinks is an undeveloped penis is called the clitoris. it is a sensory organ that is located in the frontal part of your private place were the inner flaps come together. Theres nothing more to it than that.

i wondered that too. im 13 im guessing you are around my age. well i would so not ask my parents! i dont think we do have an undeveloped penis. that little thing is called the clit.
