know anything about Los Angeles street performers?

Hi, I was recently watching a video on Youtube that was set in Los Angeles. There was a black man with a British accent dressed up as like a dragon thing, with wings, fanged teeth, and a red stone on his forehead. I thought it was hilarious and very random! Does anyone know his name or where I can see pics of him?

You can see him live in Universal Citywalk every Friday and Saturday around 9PM performing out there.
