your question is actually simple but the others added some things that would make them feel superior and noticeable... So what if they don't speak Tagalog, never learned it or they're bad at it? The question is Pinoy ka ba. Therefore the answer should be simple..

Yeah 100%. And proud to be one! Though I'm a United colors of Bennetton!!! My mom has chinese blood and my dad has some spanish blood. Im learning mandarin and spanish, but heres the deal I still love Filipino & Cebuano.

Apo, akoy ay eleven pa lang, pero ang bahay ko nasa U.S and okay I give up I suck at tagalog but I live in the U.S and the philippines is where I belong, not in seattle, it's sooo cold!
