Age:33 Health:excellent Pain began in Dec and I have had problems ever since.I played flag football, soccer and softball until early November. After working under my house to fix a pipe I noticed some back pain(non spine) which wnet along my side and into my groin and tingled in my right testicle.Doctor:pain meds. Some effect.Treated for gastro issues(stress?) even though pain in my back, etc. continued.Misdiagnosed as a kidney stone.Frustrated, the pain left for about 3 days then returned.More gastro treatement.stress over the injury = gastro issues?I was on 2nd doctor now. Went to chiro and had relief. Stopped when I felt better(2 weeks) and did a run/walk. 2 days later I awoke with pain in my groin that radiated across abdomen. This occurs basically every morning just after I awake but does not awake me.1 week later(now) had an MRI that revealed slightly large prostate, swollen groin lymphs, treated with antibiotics.Ortho said nothing about pain but concerned with lymphs.

Lymphs are hard to even find. No heat, redness and they are below inguinal ligament where I feel the pain. No one listens to me.Do I have a sports hernia, prostatitis, or something else. Also, I feel some numbness and irregular feeling on right side. My Left side is COMPLETELY normal. Also, I started having some problems with back of my right knee in October. Still bothers me some? Is this connected? Weight 145-50 height 5'11. All bloodwork and urine show nothing. CT, KUB, MRIs, Xray show nothing including no tumors? What is wrong with me? Where do I go now?

See a physical therapist, one who is experienced in orthopedics and knows their way around the pelvis and SI joint.
The SI, or sacroiliac joint, is on the back aspect of your pelvis. It is basically where your pelvis and spine come together. It is notorious for referring pain into the groin. Testicular pain can also come from here.
go to APTA.org, click on "find a PT", and search your home area.
I am geniuinely sorry that this has been frustrating for you, in terms of getting this business diagnosed.
Good Luck!
