Are you a giver who wants someone to listen? or don't you care if your friends just use you as a sounding bored?

For years friends,even strangers sometimes, would come to me with all their problems.and foolishly i would drop everything to help other people.This actually becomes quite draining after a while!I also found that when i needed advice, it was few and far between.I now have fewer friends, but the ones i have are good ones.I never put anyone before my family anymore though.

I was a giver to one mate since school and we grew apart, I know all her secrets and i grew to disagree What she believed in. |We no longer talk, but it aint the first time, we have fallen out before this, but this time I let her down! A few years ago we fell out over money and it still gives me nightmares. Friends, when u realise how important they are , are irreplaceable. So I Absolutely agree ,I have three mates that I hold now dear to my heart and trust 100% Friends, when u realise how important they are , are irreplaceable. x

I think you learn to value your friendship more as you get older. Jobs come and go, boyfriends come and go but the main people who will always be there are your friends.

Iv always been a giver, and i do sometimes feel thats all im their for, my freinds. whos their for me ?
But we know our freinds, and we know that when we need them they will be their for us.And as iv got older iv realised that freindships are actually more important than ever. you need them sooooooooo much

my friends can use me as asounding board anyday, thats what friends are for.
