If you report a company to Ripoff Report.com, how and when does the company find out about it?

ripoffreport-i had not heard of them until now. why not file a complaint with them and BBB. I would think you could send them an email to find out what the process is after a compalint is filed-usually this info is on the website.

I think you should report it to the Better Business Bureau. They will get action, provided you can prove your allegation of being ripped off. They have worked out some issues I had in the past. It you were ripped off by an internet company, go to " econsumer.gov ". They police the internet regarding issues like yours, if this rip off is internet related.
