There is only one way that I have found and I have lived a Long Time! You can only move out of your bitterness, mistrust, and hateful need of revenge by FORGIVING. You don't have to Forget and You Probably Never Will forget. But you must keep trying to find a way for your heart to forgive the offender(s).

When you finally get to that place (which can take years as it did for me) and you can make an excuse for the offender (ignorance, anger, insanity, fed by hatred etc etc.) Only Then will you find what I know You are Looking For. And when that time comes, you will feel as though a 100 lb. or 400 lb. Weight Has Been Lifted Off Your Shoulders and Back. You Will Physically Feel the Weight Fall Away!! I do not lie. That happened to me. It was a Miracle and I Don't know How I ever managed to forgive.
But it happened. Don't give up Hope and Faith. NEVER!!

Anger is a self defeating behavior which is hard to cure. It is an unconcious reaction we train in ourselves through life to use as a reaction toward what we percieve as injustices done to us. To untrain these irrational reactions you need to replace the reaction conciously with a healthier choice which works for you. Anger does not make us feel better. It takes more energy and saps our strength. When confronted with new experiences which usually cause an angry reaction you have to conciously choose to react differently .... when you find what is most comfortable and that which leads to successful resolution of your feelings you will automatically train your unconcious to react in the healthy way in future injustices.

you have to unload this...you cannot heal when your thoughts are bring hurt and harm yo you.....I don't know what happened, but when you go to bed ask the Universe to help you heal, and to unburden your soul...remember you are energy and negative energy brings comes back.typing error there..so sad to bad

Forgiving the wrong is something you do for yourself. It happened in the past.
Leave it there. Don't let hatred or desire for revenge color the rest of your life.
