Russia...definitely..they have a great reputation in that field and the women are smart and funny, i currently go to college with a russian mail order bride...they're really neat and interesting people..so go for that

It doesn't really matter. I know a couple of mail order brides. They just want to be Americans, so make sure you sign a prenup or she'll divorce ya and take half of your stuff.
